Best for me, Worst for my husband.

My theraphiest knows how to and where to massage. She controlled her strength very well and seemed to know my physical condition. She was the best I have ever experienced.
Unfortunately, my husband had to keep saying "it hurts", "please be soft" to his theraphiest. She seemd not be in a good condition. From time to time she stretched herself during massage. He said she used her elbow too much and she jumped with her knees on his back. He is not a sensitive person and rarely complains, but not for this time - he even yelled out. When we submitted the assessment paper after massage, he rated her theraphy as 'So so'. We could notice that she got angry. It was totally unprofessional attitude.

I have been in NT for one week now and have been to SuSpa around 5 times now. This says a lot for one place as i usually shop around. Firstly, the welcome is always there and you are directed to chill area and served tea while you wait for your therapist to arrive. Secondly, the time and effort whih has gone into the running and training of the staff is exemplary. I have had to date, 5 different therapists and each one is as good as the other (testament to training again)
In addition to all of the above, i have never been oversold or upsold anything while i was there. Quite the opposite actually as i did notice an offer of book 2 massages and get the 3rd free. This was splendid value for money which if you have 3 Aromatherapy massages for 80 mins each works out at just over 400.000 VND each which is about £16. I did try to find similar in price and quality but failed in both attempts in and around Nga Trang. I am staying at a place called Amiana Resort which is lovely but the Spa menu is over the top heavy on price which sees residents opt to go downtown for food and massage. Well played SuSpa. Very very hard work indeed to keep everyone happy but you are doing a splendid job.

I have tried hot stone body massage, very good experience, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is fantastic! I would like to go again!
