Nice place with beautiful landscape.. The staff was extremely strange, because their answers were 'no' for everything. We were waiting for clean towels by the pool always. If you give tip, you could get everything and I am not so happy with it.

Great resort, close to the beach and nice swimming pools. Breakfast was great but dinner wasn't the best and very expensive.

We were disappointed with the customer service. The resort is quite remote and required the hotel staff to pick us up at a meet up point. The meet up point is an open location without any shelter or seats at the T junction. We were told to inform the staff to pick us up only when we reach the meet up point. However, it was raining heavily and it was already night time thus we decided to call 10 mins earlier and inform the hotel staff that we will reach in 10 mins time. However, when we reach the meeting point, the staff were not there to pick us up and we waited in darkness while bracing the rain and wind. We called the staff again and they requested us to wait for another 5 mins. The staff arrived 5 mins later (which I was glad that they are at least punctual in that?) in a buggy and we endured the rain and wind coming from the side as buggy is only sheltered on the top. The resort did not apologize or show any concern for us waiting for them in the rain. I would not recommend this resort to anyone as there are much better resort with better service in Vietnam as we had experience excellent service in other hotels and resorts
