Andretti (yes, she is a wonderful woman - her father is a big race car fan) was so helpful and accommodating. Called her several times looking for local knowledge and she gladly went out of her way to make phone calls on our behalf. The jeep only had 5400 miles on it and was in excellent condition. They picked us up and dropped us off at the beginning and end of the rental. I highly recommend Aqua Blue and will definitely use them again the next time we are in St. John.

Aqua Blu is a family owned business, and all of the family members we dealt with were very sweet and helpful. The Jeep we hired was in good condition! They picked us up from the ferry dock on time and when we returned the Jeep at the end of the trip they made sure they had everything ready for us so we could depart on time.

We rented a jeep just to have some extra flexibility, and I'm really glad we went with Aqua Blu. Andretti was super friendly and helpful, with great advice about the island. The car seemed brand new - great condition, and drove beautifully. Next time we visit we'll be renting from Aqua Blu again, and in the meantime I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is visiting St. John. Would rate six stars if I could.

I can’t recommend Aqua Blue highly enough. The folks there are extremely friendly and professional, almost to the point of being our host and native guide. They said that we could call them anytime if we ever needed help or for general recommendations. The Jeep was in amazing shape. I thought that it was a brand new car when they pulled it up, but it was actually a few years old – they just meticulously detail the cars inside and out between rentals. That attention to detail and extra effort really captures how much they care to win your business and provide a great experience.
The customer service was easily the best we experienced during our entire vacation. We got in really late due to a flight delay, and they picked us up at the ferry and then dropped us back off at the end of our trip. They even helped us out with returning the key to our rental cottage which we had accidentally left on the car key chain. We wouldn’t have had time to run it back to the cottage before we needed to leave on the ferry (we stayed in Coral Bay), so we really appreciated the favor. You will be well taken care of if you go with them. And they’re great people, so you can feel good supporting their business.
