Very rude when my wife dropped off the jeep EXACTLY where they told us at the exact time. I had to get involved and they acted differently when a male was invovled, then they tried to charge me for a extra day until I showed them my original paperwork...theirs had been altered! My wife was extremely offended and had to cause a scene at the ferry because she felt as if the MAN collecting the jeep was harrasing her and she felt threatened. We are seasoned travelers that feel comfortable in most situations. Everything was fine up unitl this moment. DO NOT use this company.

Had a great experience with Mr Piper's Jeeps on a recent trip to St John. They were very accommodating of our late pickup time and also offered super convenient drop off at the ferry dock. The jeep we got was in great condition. Overall had a great experience, would definitely rent from Mr Piper's again. Thanks!

Helpful and friendly staff. This was our second time renting from Mr. Piper's and the jeep was delivered to our hotel on time and the staff was very accommodating. The vehicle was in excellent condition and the service that Mr.Piper's provided was excellent. Highly recommended.

terrible terrible company...STAY AWAY!!
They charged me $50 in damages that were not worth $2 (superficial "scratches" you could wipe off with a bit of spit) and the owner and/or supervisor didn't even have the professionalism to call me about it like they said they would. They were way overpriced...the girl I dealt with just acted resentful and rude. You don't even get 24hrs for the daily price of over $100...they were just terrible. Go anywhere else for a rental. There are LOTs of choices on the island. Great trip...quite a shame I am so angry now at being robbed by these thieves.

Not sure about the lower reviews--Have never rented from Mr Pipers before- great first experience. Crystal was always available by email or phone. We rented an explorer for the week. The prices were competitive- the car was new and handled the roads well. We got in late Saturday night- and a rep met me at the ferry for pick up/not very friendly. Suggestions: It is hard to find their location for drop off and needed a little more instruction on how things worked- but we figured it out. Overall- great experience
