I've stayed at alot of Hotels but never a place as warm and welcoming as this. The owners are so great and we hate to leave. The hotel is right in the middle of great places to eat and shopping and Jeep rental is right next door at Mr. Conrads. Be back next year!!

"Another" great stay at the Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel. First, as others have stated, it's an absolutely perfect location- literally steps away from the water (Cruz Bay), rental car, food market and restaurants. You could literally pass by ALL of these places within a casual 5 minute walk (we did everyday).
Denise and David were nice as always and sincerely friendly. While eating their free breakfast, I overheard a customer asking Dave for a special request- which I thought was a big ask and I knew was not part of the customary service. Without hesitation Dave agreed and went well above and beyond for his valued customer. This is a common theme at this gem of a hotel. Aside from an immaculately clean room and complimentary WiFi that extends to the comfortable outdoor patio, they are truly focused on hospitality, service and value.
Simply put, The Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel is one of the best kept secrets on St. John and we can't wait to visit them again!

During my 30 yrs in the US. Army, I stayed in many hotels. Denise and David, make you feel like you're part of their family. As I walked towards the hotel, I was met in the street by Denise, she asked me if I was Carlos? She took my luggage, welcomed me, helped me with info for my Army buddy's wedding.great info for dinning, and everything else.Great room,service,coffee.With the money I saved. I was able to eat & drink well.& enjoy all the Island has to offer. I CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU THAT NO OTHER HOTEL ON St.John is better. SAVE YOUR MONEY, by staying with Denise & David. spend your money on yourself, instead of expensive hotels & room.You will not regret this choice. You will be walking distance to:beaches, shopping,dinning, beach-front bars,port of entry,ferry. close to everything. And I do mean everything! Very secure.thank-you Denise & David and staff.

This place is a gem. It is clean, safe, centrally located and has great showers. The owners are the best - willing to provide tons of great and helpful info about what to do, where to go, and the which are the best local shops and eateries. Super helpful about the beaches, weather, etc.
They also provide many nice touches, like water bottles in your room, chairs and beach towels, sunscreen and bug spray, all complementary,

The hotel is clean and the staff is excellent. We stayed in room 11. It was on the smaller side but was comfortable and quiet. You can't beat the location for walking around Cruz Bay. I understand some rooms have balconies but we didn't. No matter - they have a great common balcony where we had coffee every morning (served as part of a complimentary continental breakfast).
