The staff was courteous but the food was unremarkable. The entrees are priced for adults but portioned for kids. It's popular with families.

I have been here twice and I will go 100 more times! Fabulous food, atmosphere, and especially the service. I cannot emphasize how amazing this restaurant is. Make it a must whether visiting from afar, there on a staycation, or local. It is so worth your time and tummy!

Had high hopes bc we saw the pizza oven on the front patio...I guess we should have tried the pizza bc it looked good. Now the bad. The place was empty and they didn't seem to want to sit us without a reservation. After waiting 5 mins they said they had one table that we could sit at. Right next to the kitchen but no big deal we were just hungry for some good Italian. They say on their menu that they're the only authentic italian place on the island and also recommended by Mario Batali. We live in Boston and frequent the north end which has some of the best Italian dining in the country. The waiter brought us both the wrong drinks to start...no big deal but it continued. Then he brought my wife the wrong entree and also brought the wrong drinks and apps to the table next to us. I waited for my wife to get her entree which came out fairly quickly. She said her bolognese was ok. I got chicken parm and where do I start. Portion size was a joke for $34. Pasta was undercooked not aldente, undercooked and still slightly crunchy which I would not think was possible if it was actually fresh made pasta. And the chicken was fishy? How is chicken fishy? Sauce on the pasta was watery and not good. And after all that the waiter some how lost the bill to our table and took 15mins to figure it out. We left and the place was still half empty so why was it a problem not having a reservation? There are so many good places to eat on the island where the food is great and so is the service but this is not the place...at least not on this night. We would not recommend based on our experience. I gave 2 stars bc the pizza looked awesome.

Great chicken parmesan and wood fired pizza! Staff is always friendly and food has always been delicious. We always look forward to coming here when we visit.
