Definitely five star for this part of the world. The food is excellent, well prepared and not too expensive, keeping in mind we are on a remote caribean island. The staff works very hard to please, with an occasional slip up. We are all human! Don't judge using New York standards. Good breakfast too. And the Ritz Vacation Club or hotel is a great place to stay.
