Been here many times with a good experience. Tonight was a drastic disappointment. Three steaks we ordered were overcooked. The manager was less than friendly in his handling of it - and we are not people that usually send anything back. 35 minutes later - well after our companions had finished their dinner - we voiced our concern to our waiter that at this point we were no longer hungry. The manager immediately swung by with the steaks, indifferent that we were no longer interested. He said 20 minutes was normal to wait - it was 35-40. I understand that steaks get overcooked sometimes...mistakes happen. It was the manager's handling of it. My rating would be more accurately placed directly towards the manager of the restaurant. I won't be back as long as he is there.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place (hands down) is the best place we ate at in St. John by a long shot. It was our last night there, and we wanted to try it because someone at our resort recommended it. We went in without a reservation, and to our disappointment they were fully committed, however, they squeezed us in anyways. The hostess is the owner and he greets you when you walk in. All of the wait staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and extremely courteous. I had the swordfish (by recommendation of the bar tender) which was absolutely phenomenal and we had the Burrata Cheese appetizer(another recommendation by the bar tender) which was SLAP YO MAMA GOOD!! I cannot say enough good things about this place, and I will be eating here again if I return to St. John.
