Bishop's Palace (2013). Built in 1877 to house Ballarat's first bishop, Dr Michael O'Connor. The builder, Joseph Reed, also built the State Library of Victoria and Melbourne's Trades Hall.
Montrose Cottage (2013). This miner's cottage was built in 1856 by Scottish stonemason John Alexander. It is classified 'A' by the National Trust.
