Meal was lovely. The advertised kids area was supervised by the most ridiculously crabby old staff members. Really took the shine off dinner. So rude - seriously only one crayon out of the box at a time.

I've just had the worst experience at any club I've been to. Staff made me feel as if I was putting them out. Machine was malfunctioning and even though I called for service had to go looking to find someone. Twice I lost money on the reset. Only a few dollars but at the end of the day it was my money. Also used the drink facility and after 40 mins had to find someone to help. Staff were not friendly at all. Person in the enclosed money area also made me feel like I was intruding. I will never frequent the club again. Whoever employs the staff need to take a look at their recruiting selections. Disappointed to say the least. ☹

The unanimous consensus among friends was the food was average. Staff were a stickler for the rules (but can't blame them for following rules). Luckily I had great company.

Service and staff great. The food used to be good. Recently the food has been below standard. Dined in restaurant last night. Two of us had Caesar Salad with grilled prawns. Meals arrived minus basic Caesar Salad ingredients. No croutons, parmesan cheese, anchovies and no grilled prawns!! Just lettuce, bacon and dressing. Lol When we asked for the rest of the ingredients they did bring them out in small bowls eventually. The grilled prawns were prawns zapped in the microwave. So they were limp and boiling hot.
It used to be such a good place to eat.

They struggle on a busy night. We visited on a Friday night for a company party and the restaurant was packed, the service was good but the food was well bellow average,With mains you get chips and access to a salad bar which doesn't contain much but the worst part was the mains. The Chicken Schnitzel was overcooked, but at least used fresh chicken and not processed. Steak ordered at medium rare came out as medium well. These were all fixed promptly but Overall I believe this location can perform way better on a quieter night.
