Appalling service, had to call my insurance company to actually get a hold of them, were told i could pay my deposit in cash as my wallet was also stolen and then when i called about my rental was told itd have to be on credit card.
Dont bother with them. Use a different company.

I booked a small furniture truck online and received a reply email confirmation of my booking (no-one called me to verify anything) I turned up on the morning of collection to be told that I could not use my debit master card to hire the vehicle (Only credit cards accepted) I informed them that I had only just hired a 4wd two weeks prior from them with my debit card and was told that was ok as long as u have the money in the bank to cover the hire costs & deposit, I was then informed that should not of happened and that someone would get into trouble over that, I was offered no reimbursement for my taxi fare there or for my taxi fare home (cost me nearly $80.00 all up) and only received a verbal apology and was left looking for alternate arrangements to move my furniture that day, In my opinion their staff need retraining as it appears to me that they are not aware of their own policies and procedures and don't really care about mucking their customers around, needless to say I will be hiring through someonelse next time, not happy thrifty I thought you were more professional than that. :-(

Anyway finally I put my son on and the set belt didn't click in. It was broken. I really felt sorry for my son as he was trying to put the buckle on himself. He is only two and it was the first time he tried to do that.
The girl at the counter did not apologize started accusing us as we were upset.
I would be careful hiring from here as they don't have a check list to see everything is in order. Infact I will not hire from them.
