I bought a product which I was assured would work properly that did not function at all. I went to return the product the next day in as-new condition and management would not give me a refund, or even a store credit.
These charlatans will not stand by their products, which is a huge slap in the face when you have been assured that they will work fine.
"Off Ya Tree" are as their name suggests and cannot be trusted. My next call will be to the ACCC...

I got my nose re-pierced with these guys around Christmas time. I had it done originally in Melbourne and they were fantastic there, unfortunately my experience in the Townsville one was not the same!
They asked me to pick a ring an I did after about 20 mins of looking in all these boxes and around they said it wasn't there and that they will charge me an extra $10.
I had to wait for about 30 mins for her to set up and wait for the other girl to come back from her break - I then was in the piercing room for about 45 mins, she couldn't get it right and I sat there with the tube in my nose for ages!
I finally got to leave - feeling sick and will a very sore swollen nose!
I go home to find they didn't even give me the proper after care stuff and had to deal with an infected nose until I got back to Melbourne where I had the stuff from last time.
After that grief I wasn't given an apology.
Just really disappointed tbh.
