Very crowded with rude and pushy staff. Having an appointment makes no difference. Insulting customers about their body shape and still expecting them to buy from them is just disgraceful.

Unpleasant unwelcoming ignorant insulting staff that should have been retired years ago. Don’t know how they were ever employed as they lack basic communication skills. Terrible and unforgiving experience .Make me sick that old ladies can be so inconsiderate and nasty.

Lovely friendly staff, excellent selection of gowns - nothing especially unique but enough for 99% of brides. Staff obviously love their jobs which made the experience a really fun one.
