A few years ago I had a pram tyre replaced at the Townsville store, which worked out perfectly, so I came back to have another tyre replaced and was disappointed to find that they no longer stock anything but the generic brands (for bikes), not to mention the guy didn't even know how to get a tyre off a pram! The poor rating however mostly reflects this guy's poor customer service skills and lack of enthusiasm for his job! Such a shame because it has been such a competent and helpful bikes and servicing department in the past.

Great range of baby products. So many prams and car seats to choose from!
We didn't see a staff member for 30 minutes and by that time we had self served.
He was very friendly and wanted to help, but it seems there just wasn't enough staff on.
Queue at the checkout with one operator, again very friendly, cannot fault, just need more staff to make the overall experience more positive.
Great parking.
Great service at the item pickup door.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Listen to the customer! First step of customer service, staff are untrained, clueless and really lacking care. All we wanted to do was lay buy, all they cared if it was in stock which didn't matter and then couldn't process a simple sale for advertised price. In my job I need the best amount of customer service and satisfaction to provide for my family. Absolutely stunned at what I experienced today, I know you's only sell toys which require no product knowledge so focus on the customers to maintain repeat business and healthy growth. Not even one star.

Majority of the staff are clueless. Only a few are willing to help. Don't bother calling to ask a question, especially to the baby department as they don't answer. Usually too busy talking to eachother, even when you visit the store in person! Have been there a handful of times and have left disappointed most of the time. Needs to pick up their game
