I have been going to Kickstart for roughly 4months. Tim and his cardio kickboxing classes are great, as are the trainers for BJJ and MMA striking. There is a friendly/ family atmosphere and the prices are really competitive; it is also a Fitness Passport business.

Tim has gone above and beyond to help me recover from Injury. Working with my dr and chiro with certain exercises. I couldnt recommend this place any higher! Great facility, clean and tidy, friendly approachable staff, very well priced.
