About 4 weeks ago we went to get some food from this joint. The wait time was over 60 minutes. We were not told this when we ordered. We waited and waited. After 40 minutes we went back into the store (our order was no where near started). I asked to delete my order and asked for a refund. I was told that they didn't know how to do this. Then I looked at the guy who was cooking the food. OMFG, he had a plaited beard to his chest (no beard net). Not only were they so very slack in their orders, the lady who was serving had bandaides on her hands and arms (no gloves). Because they had no idea how to cancel our order and refund our money, we took the food, got it home and it was missing half of the order. I rang this establishment and requested the manager return my call. She did the next morning. She told me there had been numerous complaints regarding the cook without a beardnet. She also told me she would refund our money via bringing it to my house. There you have it.... 4 weeks later and still no refund. Unbelievable. Trust me, do not eat at this so called takeaway, if you want good hygienic service. Or if you want to actually get the food you paid for.

One lady working by herself, told me there was a wait as she had to cook up for a 20 person football team. Was expecting long delays, but got my food within 15 minutes. Tasted great

best mackerel and salad i have had in townsville, great price, super friendly, no fancy stuff that other places use to justify prices, i'll be back guys :)
