Slow, poor service, and rude staff. Went in for a kebab once and when I kindly asked the lady to take my meat from the top (as it makes a kebab a little healthier) her reaction made it obvious that my business in there was a major inconvenience to her empty shop. While waiting for the arrogant woman to make our kebab, two people walked in and appeared to know the staff member. So she immediately stopped making our kebabs, served them, made their kebabs and gave them to them. She ended up paying my request off and scapped my meat from the bottom. There are a lot of kebab shops in Townsville and this is the worst.

Great Service and food, went in for a quick feed with a mate and came out satisfied.

Fantastic kebab place, best in Townsville. Their chips are amazing. Never had anything bad from there. Always have repeat service from my husband and I.

I visited 4 random times first half of 2017 and found meat fillings always ungenerous stingy. Service has always been slow considering their prices are slightly higher than other kebab shops in Townsville wouldn't matter if more generous with fillings. No issue on taste or freshness.
