PAYMENT POLICIES:
1. 10% down payment must be paid three (03) weeks before date arrival.
2. Full payment must be paid two (02) week before date arrival.
3. Cancellation fee will be applied 50% for one (01)week cancellation before arrival date.
4. Less than 07 days before date departure, 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
5. These policy will be flexible on some cases. It depends on the agreement with Joglo management
6. All customers must pay all the transfer costs
