Great layout, good selection, and fantastic staff. First time in a long time my girlfriend has walked into a store to buy something that's typically a male-dominated customer base, and the staff have paid attention to her rather than glancing to me for validation or assuming she didn't know what she was talking about.
Not only did they give her the respect any customer deserves, they really bent over backwards to help recommend her the perfect gift for someone, and then wrapped it in a poster which made it look fantastic. I'll definitely be going back here next time I'm in Auckland.

Heroes for Sale is a friendly place. The staff are very helpful (like good friends to regulars) but also happy to leave you to it if you want to browse. There's a great range of comics and graphic novels, plus merchandise and board games and art books.

I walked into this store today and was blown away by what I saw. A Rick Grimes figurine, USS Enterprise 1701 B, various other Star Trek collectibles and the gorgeous B-9 Robot from Lost in Space are now on my list. And not to mention magazines from 2 of the above shows. Will definitely be coming back for that robot quite soon. Also the staff member there was friendly and helpful to my friend and I..
