How can I start, worse customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to book a car for the weekend and I was told that the city ( Auckland) was busy, therefore I could only hire for a minimum period of 1 week. That of course I could book the week and return the car earlier, but they charge was pre-paid and couldn't be refunded ( really? wtf?). The phone operator also tried to convince me that they were the bigger fleet of Auckland and I wouldn't find cars anywhere else if I didn't go ahead with the booking. Turns out ALL of the other rental car companies I phoned gave me quotes and I was able to book a car for the weekend. Do yourself a favour and stay away from those scammers.

Terrible customer service, not flexible either. Kept me waiting for ages for something (didn't tell me what) then after half hour said I could go. Not sure why I had to sit around

I rented a Toyota Corolla and they provide me Nissan Tiida with an excuse that they have no more Toyota Corolla cars are available. Later I found that they provided me lower rental value car. I raised the issue but manager of Christchurch office tried to dodge me. When she failed then she told me that its weekend and this issue is raised and someone will contact with me soon. Its been a week and no one contacted.
The provided car was good with respect to engine and tyres but I will highly recommend to have full insurance to avoid unforeseen events.
Thus, be vigilant and avoid being cheated by them.
