I have been renting cars from ACE for over 19 years and found them better than owning a car.

Booked a new Toyota Corolla for a long weekend and when I arrived to pick it up they told me the previous renters decided to extend their rental and they had no other similar cars, and that was that. They didn't seem to care at all that what I booked wasn't available. They offered me a 10 year old Subaru Legacy instead that had 200,000km on the clock, used a ridiculous amount of petrol and was horribly slow. When I later complained to Ace they just said it was out of their control and I should be thankful I got a car at all. I won't be using them again - stick to a bigger company with a larger fleet.

Filthy cars. Absolutely disgusting. Never cleaned inside by the looks of it. Went thru 2 wet wipes just on the steering wheel. Also old. Not recent model. 10 years. Chipped badly. Won't use them again.. Turned down firsts car as the light fabric seat and armrest actually black from filth.
