Good service and flexibility of terms. Business hours though-No after hours service outside M-F 9-5pm.

I would not even rate a 1 for this rental place. I just called to book a mini bus, the guy told me they had 1 available then all of a sudden he said they don't have 1 and hung up on me and then decided to not answer any of my calls. From the moment he answered the phone his customer service skills was appalling. Really rude. We didn't even have the chance to finish our question and he wants to hang up while I'm still talking to him on the phone. So definitely do not go here.

I found that this was the best rental car company in new zealand for my travels. owner operator was very friendly and helped us from the start in planning and staying places. Really excellent service for a rental car company. totally recommend it to anyone.
