Not a very good experience with them. The branch hotline is not reachable. Would prefer to go with a local car rental company next time.

Below average staff.
I was told that I would get a "free" tank of petrol, but I'll need to "fill it up" when I return it - so how was it free? [I have been renting with Avis for 10+ years so I know the drill - but calling it "free" is definitely misleading]
I spent a good 30 min waiting for the paperwork.
Emailed to complain but I got no response. Great customer service.
