After being dudded by a rival competitor close by, Mike helped us to secure a last minute booking for 3 days.
Mike was thorough in everything he did, explained the terms and conditions in detail and went to every available length to ensure we were happy with the car and level of service, and he is an invaluable asset to the Go Rentals business. He has really helped to make our stay in New Zealand a very positive experience.
The Car (Toyota Corolla) was clean, drives well and is almost brand new. No issues with it or the exemplary service provided.

Rented a car for a drive down through the island for the weekend. Friendly staff, no fuss, reasonable prices, good quality car.
Only downside: No option to drop the car off outside of office hours (Sunday night), forcing me to use paid parking for the night before returning the car Monday morning.
