Had the worst experience ever.... So we hired two cars originally from Hertz and one of the workers there made the mistake of cancelling the other car because he thought "it was the same name" and after that he charged us to hire another car because of his mistake. Not only that but he also complained that he had to wait back for us to get our car..... The conditions are that you wait an hour for us to pick up the car from the airport and it took us less than an hour to get there. Would not recommend this place at all!

Fast service but did not inform me upfront that foreign drivers licenses require a 60 dollar translation. Could do a better job to inform people upfront

Terrible experience! illegitimate overcharge gas refuel. We returned the car with full tank, Hertz staff checked the gas meter & car on the spot & confirmed us everything was alright before we left.
After weeks, we received the card statement, it overcharged us 22 litre in NZD59 for the gas refuel. Since we paid the gas at BP was in cash & didn't keep the receipt after weeks, Hertz CS neglected the fact that we returned car during office hour & its staff receiving the car in person & checked all ok. No refund can be claimed.
So, folks, don't blind trust so-called 1st tier company & lower down your guard. I will never go to Hertz again, & learnt that if rent a car next time, I will definitely take photos on the km meter & the gas meter together in one photo when returning car. Keep all the papers for months...
