We've used Omega every time we've travelled to NZ (4 times starting in Auckland and 4 from Picton). They are excellent value for money, the cars have always been reliable and well suited to NZ driving conditions and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

They are fantastic. They make hiring a car quite simple and easy. There are no hidden fees; they let you know exactly what you are or will be paying for. Keep up the good work guys! Will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Friendly and helpful staff, cheap prices and a reliable vehicle all made dealing with these people a great experience. The car took us from Auckland to Dunedin and back again with nary a hitch and handled the twisty mountain roads as easily as the highways. We'll almost certainly use them again next time we visit glorious New Zealand.

We checked all the rentals company around and none of them had a car to rent. Omega was the only one having a new cheap car. Everything was nice and clean. Price super cheap. Car with the insurance was at the same price like the car without insurance in the other companies. Definitely worth to rent there. Good insurance conditions.

I have consistently had a great experience with Omega Car Rental. I rented from this company in the South Island and thought they were fantastic, so I was happy to rent from them again in Auckland. The staff were friendly during the check in & check out process, and the car we received was clean and worked great. I highly recommend these guys if you want a good deal and a hassle-free car rental experience!
PS. Omega Car Rental is one of the only NZ rental companies that does NOT charge you a fee for returning the car at a different location than you picked it up. Other companies charge $100-200 extra which can make a big difference.
