Be 100% sure before you book. They offer absolutely NO refund if your plan changed.
When I asked if I was gonna be charged for the cancellation they guy said no, but when I asked for a refund four days later I was told to read the refund policy and that that's not their problem if my plan changed - Zero customer service.
My advice for everybody is to go somewhere that's more flexible on cancellation (plenty out there) and better customer service.
I would give zero star if I could.

I have now used USave twice in the last month. Once for a small removal truck and then for a car while my own car was undergoing repairs. Both times I found them for be very helpful and very good value.

I hired a truck to move house and was really happy with the service. Great value. No frills, but all you need to get the job done.

I couldn't recommend this company more - courteous, genuinely responsive to my request for suggestions re the appropriate vehicle to hire; the vehicle was clean and tidy; they helped with (free) parking for my vehicle during the hire period - and most importantly they were the cheapest of the three quotes I obtained over the internet. An effortless and pain-free exercise from start to finish - thoroughly recommend them!

Rented a high-top van to move some furniture and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Easy to book, prompt service, friendly staff when picking up and dropping off. Everything was explained clearly so I knew what was involved in the hire. Will definitely use the guys at USAVE again!
