To whom it may concern I am writing this to make a formal complaint ragarding your manager (Jyoti). Just to let you know I have already made a formal complaint on the skycity feedback webpage explaining the full situation in detail. Last night I visited the skycity casino and was upstarts in the Baccarat area when Jyoti embarrassed me in front of other customers. She was extremely rude, argumentative unprofessional and made false accusations which I took offence too. She also made racist remarks stating in hindi language which I understand" These stupid Pakistanis only come for free coffee" referring to us. I have been a skycity customer for over 6 years now and this is the first I have encountered this issue where we were challenged and embarrassed by skycity staff. I have always experienced a very high level of professionalism and customer service presented by sky city staff and after last night's incident my friends and I decided to leave the casino. We felt very disappointed and embarrassed the way we were treated by Anshu and Jyoti in front of other customers. I would request this complaint to be taken seriously please as I don't want t any other customer to experience what we experienced last night.

I dnt no why but i think i was exspecting abit more VA VOOM!! But didnt get it... But ovr all had a good experience their.guy at reception was rlly welcoming..

Great place to go when you have some spare time in Auckland. Did not really win, but had a lot of fun playing.

Drinks cheap because I have a prem card. Sammys serves lousy over priced good and the other places are usually closed when I'm there so I can only post a negative comments about them

A good variety of games and gaming tables, friendly staff and some fantastic live entertainment. plenty of choices for dining as well and they also have a theater for shows and movies. Throw in all the security and we can have a great time day or night
