Went to jeanswest dressmart Friday afternoon, the two staff were just chatting the whole time at the till. Didn't even approach or offer me any help while i was having a hard time looking/reaching for cardigan sizes at the rack. The Indian lady at the till seemed so uninterested while processing the sale. Very unfriendly. Very poor customer service. I hope you improve your service in the store.
