The lady who looked after us was very nice and friendly and the service was OK. However, the office and waiting room was really manky looking. Down a corrider of empty offices with no signage. I just followed the voices. It wouldn't cost much to fix it up. Theres dirty NZ souvenir type cushions, some old 2 seaters and Ponsonby news there to read that had droppings from someones cheese and mayo sandwhich on it. 2 girls that worked there, rabbited away about all and sundry, babies, friends etc to each other all while your stuck there under a lamp having to listen to it. They should at least wear a White Smile T shirt with a logo or something instead of their own weekend gear. it makes you feel they are a pop up shop that anyone can start up and their just raking in the money.
Would not go again just because of this. if I spend money on something like this I want it to be a bit of a treat.

Pretty s h i t. I've been to 2 other places n they were much better! My teeth looked like they only went up 1 shade brighter yet at other places they went up 5-7 shades brighter. Not very professional either. Made phone calls to book and couldn't even answer till 3 days latee
