Excellent service! Visiting Auckland and wanted to purchase a head unit for one of my vehicles. Found the one I wanted in their online store. Rang them and they delivered it to my hotel. Great job. Thank you.

The have very good service there with friendly staff, and helped me to make a good decision on what to purchase, e.g car stereos. I highly recommend this place.

Took our new car (an import) to Driving Sound Mt Eden on Saturday to get the stereo upgraded from a Japanese version to something we could enjoy for the next few years. Wasn't sure what we needed and I was prepared to spend a good amount of money to get something we'd be happy with and thought this company would be able to give us some helpful advice with options, both in quality and cost. Well, were we wrong. These people were SOOO RUDE and UNHELPFUL it was incredible!!! No idea at all what customer service is. They were obviously not interested at all. I would compare them and their terrible attitude to Basil & Cybil from Faulty Towers. I will definately not be giving them the job. I would have given no star if it was possible.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and careful that I got the correct items to meet my needs. I'm very happy to recommend others. Will definitely go to them again for any future upgrades.
