they are dumb as donkey. really UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR i told them to fixed my phone and told every fault but they just the replaced the display even it was working fine. didn't fixed actual fault which i told them to fix. in last when i emailed them that phone is doing same problem they didn't reply my email. TOTALLY USELESS

Great and efficient service. They were very helpful in fixing the battery for my iPhone. Would recommend.

Seems like a great place - went in for the first time for repairs. Guy did a quick check before telling me they'd need parts for it. They even offered to fix my device screen, even though I hadn't asked for that. Left the device with them, had it repaired well within the expected time frame. Kept in communication throughout the whole process.

It seems to be a recurring theme at this abysmal store. The manager has absolutely no inter-personal skills whatsoever and has no clue how to handle dissatisfied customers.
My computer came to this store with the problem ALREADY IDENTIFIED by another authorised Apple agent and we just wanted a competitive quote. The quote we received was $300+GST MORE!!!
When asked to return my computer they/HE would only release it if I paid $150 for their inspection fee!!
His reaction to my disappointment was incredulous and totally non-empathetic. He simply said "it's policy" to every question I asked.
My message to Oobe is you need to employ staff, especially Manager's with customer relationship skills and allow them some latitude when, clearly charging $150 in this instance was not appropriate.
I personally feel it's very sad that your Manager allowed your company to be subjected to this feed-back and created a very dissatisfied customer for what...$150!!!
Think of how much you spend on marketing and now take a look at your Google feed-back, all VERY AVOIDABLE

If ZERO star was there, this business would clearly fit the bill. Backed out of contractual obligations - given repeated false commitments, misleading promises and misleading information. Extremely POOR customer service. Tried my best to spend so much time and resources to try to sort this out informally but they were not willing to consider to meet their fair trading obligations. Rude, unethical, dishonest and unfair trading practices. Considering taking legal recourse under the Fair Trading act soon. Would strongly NOT recommend this store to anyone. WORST customer service experience ever.
