Atrociously run doctors surgery. Some reception staff are downright rude and hostile. Miscommunication between reception and medical staff is a certainty. 1 hour wait minimum.
I waited an hour for an appointment once then told reception I would come back as I had to pick up a child from school. Got back and informed reception. Waited another 2 hours before approaching aggressive receptionist to ask how long the wait would be. Got called a liar when I said I had been waiting 3 hours in total.
I'm so glad I now go to another surgery with pleasant reception staff who know how to communicate and run an office effectively.

This is my go to if I am home sick. Queues can be long but I just try and show up early. They correctly diagnosed my appendicitis and told me to check into hospital and will also provide meds when I need them. I would recommend them and just be patient if you're waiting. Doctors are human too and they work hard.

Came back from Tahiti with a Sepsis in my left foot that first has been treated in the Auckland Hospital. Went to Three Kings for renewing my IV-Antibiotic treatment the next day just before our flight back to Europe. It was a very uncomplicated and just-in-time thing there.
I felt very well treated and I really appreciated the care of the doctors and of the nurses that did their best for me to bring me on my flight back home (27hrs)
As a foreigner I had to pay the bill and it was a fair price too.
I am very thankfull and arrived healthy
