I dropped in to a 9am class on a public holiday. This is a super friendly group that made me feel like part of their box from the moment I walked in the door.
Jack was an excellent coach, this was displayed by his classroom management, movement demos and scales, and clear expectations and directions.
Everyone hung out after the wod to chat and mobilise.
I will be recommending this box to other travellers and would come back myself if given the opportunity.
