Good Intense training sessions I tried the Psycho Circuit.
The Instructor was good & welcoming
Session was Fun even though I lacked personal fitness as Bodybuilding/lifting weights is my main sport.
Was also Nostalgic as I hadn't done Martial Arts since Childhood.
Just need to implement a Warm Down forwards. Was pretty sweet!!

Hi have been training at ETK for about 4 years now and have had an amazing experience. They took me from no experience right through to now having completed 7 successful fights. Jason, Carwyn and the team do a great job and put a heck of a lot of effort into everyone who comes. If you want to get fit, get confident or even if you want to have a crack in the ring then I HIGHLY recommend ETK
