A social and friendly bunch of members, an amazing top class facility with both indoor and outdoor training areas and coaches that encourage you to be the best you can be regardless of your previous fitness background.. This place is second to none!

Awesome crossfix box and gym. Don't worry if you are a beginner these coaches are so friendly and supportive. Great equipment and fun members!

I love being part of this gym, everyone is so welcoming, the equipment is reliable and every Crossfit session is challenging.

I have been going to this Gym and CrossFit box for over a year and has been excellent in terms of facilities, coaching and equipment. I had Daniel Groot as a PT and has really made a difference to the way I train. Definitely the best fitness facility in Auckland.

Best Crossfit gym in terms of great coaches, friendly family atmosphere and new gear.
Highly recommend! Love coming here, always a good laugh and a good workout to push some more boundaries
