The manager of Mt Roskill Jetts, Vanya, has shown rude and brutal attitude to a new customer. She refused me to join the membership with very impolite words, simply because I didn't attend the orientation (which was not carried out on time). I cannot believe a manager will simply refuse the customer's request to set up a payment and kick him out of the building, this kind of customer service is beyond imagination

Very spacious, plenty of equipment, and free Wi-Fi. Some of the equipment is a bit worn though.

Fair assortment of machines - lots of cardio machines. No free barbells however so not good for powerlifts. Large space but can get very busy around 6pm on weeknights
