Had a lovely experience here the other day, went in to send something to Dunners for my daughter and they helped from packing to finding the most economical way to ship it. Love to see people nowadays pride themselves on customer service. Also gave my little one a free lollipop.
Ps. They told me its the weight and the volume that counts so Try not to make the parcel bulky or else most will rip you off in the postage.

Staff has no clue about the options. Got overcharged for a simple service.
Better to drive to New Lynn next time.

Very small shop with only basic services provided. For instance if you need prezzy card you ll have to go to Lynfield branch.

Had no issues previously but was told off that there is a limit on how many times you can redirect a parcel to their shop. Called Courier Post customer service and was assured there is no limit on how many times you can redirect it. Overall Poor customer service and no help solving the issue.
