This place gave me the sh**z, no really. Partner bought a bottle of cough mixture only to find it was short-dated! tried to return but pharmacist said no. I am gonna be taking this up to the Health & Disability Commissioner. Should have listened to the majority of customers here who were unhappy. Also, he's noticed the Pharmacist ate in the dispensary, is that even legal?
P.S. Yo Wong how much they paying you? 'Slaving hard'? that's about the only thing I agree with u Wong - heard them complaining: overworked and underpaid.

Just collected some medicines, very grateful they are always open when I need them the most, not sure what the big fuss about after hours charges and waiting times...these guys slaving hard till midnight everyday so give them a break!

Service was abysmal. Super busy environment (this was last Sunday) everything felt very, very rushed. the Indian lady was pushy and just didn't seem at all competent. I mean if your gonna 'recommend' an add-on sale at least have some understanding of the product - medicine isn't a commodity. Won't be going back there again for sure. Nothing memorable/personal at all from the experience, just felt 'rushed and pushed'.

Awful experience. Pharmacist was downright incompetent. Absolutely no idea where she got her qualifications from.
There ought to be more late night Pharmacies in Auckland as this one seems to think they are the 'one and only', so they set prices exuberantly HIGH because "we're the only ones open this late". Their policy is: take it or leave it, no, take it or f**k off really. Monopoly that's what they are. Managed or owned by more Indians no doubt.

Waited... waited... then waited even more. no hang on, came back and was told, no it ain't done yet... so waited, waited... Nah. that's it. not coming back here ever again. This pharmacy is a joke. Was told the owner could only afford a single person on at one time, you must be kidding right?? Really? STINGY ASF.
