Physio did not clean off lotion after session, I forgot about it too and ended up with really bad acne for months. Otherwise good.

I have been to this clinic twice and has been pleased so far, but therapist booked wrong time for my appointment. I called to correct them when I realised the mistake but the receptionist was unapologetic and said it was my mistake. Total rubbish.
