I have had a fantastic experience at Back in Balance. Hayleigh has done a fantastic job helping me to get back running again. She really dug deep to understand what I was going through and also leaned on her personal experience too. She really get's it and gives 100% to get you back out there!

Wonderful experience. After a few years of on going back issues that seem to be set off with the slightest bend out of place, Hayliegh really got to the bottom of the problem.
Her physio techniques are amazing. I had deep manipulation completed with stretches and we focused on workouts to deal with the issue sand strengthen my back.
She is absolutely lovely to deal with! I would not recommend anyone higher then her. I am very grateful for the help I'm receiving!:)
To add to that, Ali has been working with realigning my back and hips. Due to strained muscles after the birth of my son the areas have been very stubborn to return to normal.
All I can say is Mr magic hands.
Every visit my hips and neck and shoulders are easily put back in to place, it is a massive release for me and we are on our way to getting the problem sorted.
Fantastic place, a lovely team and environment. I would not go anywhere els!

Hayleigh is an amazing physio. She listens to you and gives good advice on how to manage your condition. She is super friendly and makes you feel at ease, whilst also challenging you to keep on top of the physio exercises she carefully runs you through.

I visited Dr Ali after reading a review here from someone who had their c-1 adjusted. I suffered an upper cervical injury a few years back which left me with dizziness, numbness/tingling, nerve pain in my jaw, some vision issues, neck grinding, and so on! It took a long time to figure out my symptoms were coming from my neck and its been my experience that not all chiropractors adjust the upper neck properly. I've been seeing Dr Ali for some months now and I'm so thankful I've found him, he's very skilled and intuitive. One of the best chiropractors I've ever seen!

After 2 weeks of severe back pain from an accident (and numerous treatments from a physio) I was existing on anti inflammatory pills and a few hours sleep a night. Googled best back pain clinic and found this place.
Hobbled in and had a treatment, next day no painkillers needed and was able to get out bed without any pain. By 3 pm I was walking normally. Amazing
Now getting some issues sorted with regular visits to the clinic and excercise so I never get into that situation again.
