I really love the Jigna beauty parlour good pricing with an excellent job done👍. Me and my family also love the food courts Indian and sushi and paknsav our weekly stop. With t&t clothing for kids 👍. The best is the school holidays activity my kids love these it’s with a gold coin donation not a expensive price. Thanks royal oak mall we love you guys ❤️❤️

Love this little shopping centre it has everything! Especially love the activities that they put on for kid's during school holidays.

As you can see from the photo of the underground car parking hours - on Thursday nights the car park is open until 8.15 pm.
Except it isn't.
I arrived at 8 pm to get in my car and found all exits to the car park shut. I phoned the after hours security company (the only number available) and they explained they couldn't do anything for me until 8.15 pm when it was after hours.
They then asked me to phone Shore Security - which we did. They told us that they could get Matrix Security to come out and there would be a $ 40.00 security fee. I explained the situation and said we weren't happy to pay a call out fee.
Also explained I had a child with me and really couldn't be standing in the dark and cold for much longer. Shore Security rang Matrix back and in the time that passed it was now going to be a $ 60 call out fee.
They did suggest if I came back at 10.00 pm I could collect my car no charge, which I declined.
Clearly the security staff at Royal Oak Mall wanted an early night.
