Staff here were EXTREMELY unhelpful. I had literally a pocket full of cash to spend on a watch and could not get any assistance. You must be making an incredible amount of money to allow cash paying customers walk out the door.

I was there today trying to purchase an item and wanted to ask few things about it but Staff were talking the whole time in their own language which is not professional at all and when I asked them why they not talking in English one of them was like cause it's easier for us and then he goes to me go upstairs and ask the conceriage desk , I think he should've been nicer to me also I believe duty free shop staff should be way better than the way I got treated today with , dealing and helping customers at such a place must be way Nicer.
