Rude staff, bad customer service!!!
My son asked me to come with him to buy flowers for his friend whose grandfather recently passed away. We went to your Sylvia Park shop this afternoon bet 5:30-6pm. When I handed the flowers to the sales lady she asked me if it is for home or something else. I told her it's for funeral tomorrow. When she started wrapping the flowers with the brown paper I asked her if she can use the white paper so it's more formal. She said I have to pay $5. So I thought that white paper doesnt worth $5 so I told her to just proceed with the brown. Then she tied it with a straw. I asked her to consider tying it with a little ribbon and she drastically said again I have to pay $5!!
I told her we always buy from your shop and get a nice arrangement, but she snapped back & said: "No. I have been working here for two years and this is what we normally do!".
I would definitely not coming back and recommend your store anymore. I felt sorry for the owner, you lost loyal customers because of rude staff.

When the flowers first arrived (Wednesday) the recipient thought they were lovely. Unfortunately by the end of the week (Friday) they turned yellow and were rotting just below the flower bud. Very disappointing.

It's fair to say I'm a bit disappointed with my experience. I ordered one giant rose for my wife and was rung Valentines morning to be told that they weren't able to do the giant rose and that they could only do some pink roses instead.
I was a little disappointed but some roses were definitely better than nothing. However it took until 7pm until they were delivered, which by that point I had already given up and purchased other roses.
The roses themselves were OK, however my money was definitely better spent on the other flowers.

IF I COULD NOT CLICK A STAR I WOULD. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Guaranteed delivery on Valentines Day my ass. Plus it was impossible to get a hold of anyone after 3pm, phone was just taken off the hook. A completely waste of money, a complete embarrassment, heavily disappointing my partner. You ruined Valentines Day. I believe a complete refund is in order! For me and the others you have screwed over today!

Organised flowers last week for my wife on Valentine's Day. Advised them of her hours of work. Had to tell her as the flowers hadn't been delivered. She waited another 15 minutes and still no delivery. She left and a friend was going to text if they arrived. It is now 5.15pm and they still haven't arrived. More to come!!!!
