If there was a zero it would be it. A driver hit a vehicle today and got out looked at the vehicle and drove off leaving no information. If that is the integrity of the company don't use them. The company when notified said it wasn't their problem.

My partner phoned them this morning to pick me up from home for work. She was told they would be no more than 15 minutes. After 25 minutes she phoned them back to see where they were and was told out cab had come and gone as no one came out. It was 6am and dark outside! Did they expect I should have waited outside in the dark for a cab? I will NEVER use this company again

Have used for over 10 years and never again now after the dispatch lady was rude on Sat night and lied about calling me and knocking on the door. Ended out downloading uber finally and the service was great.

Our driver David was early and waited for us outside the hotel without rushing us through. We were appreciative of his patients especially since we were travelling with our 9 weeks old son. He was very polite and wearing professional attire. Very patient driver with Auckland's traffic and always have both hands on the steering wheel, didn't look at the phone even once. Flat rate $40 and that's what he charged us in the end. He had to run the meter due to legal requirements and put us at easy by telling us not to worry about it. Highly recommend.

We ordered a taxi by phone from Auckland City to the airport, fixed $40 price. Our driver came early but kindly waited until our reserved time. He was courteous and very chatty, and it was a very peasant car ride. Would book again. Thanks!
