WARNING: Blockhouse Bay Veterinary Centre misdiagnosed my pet and that resulted in premature death. Customer Service from the ladies on the front desk is non-existent – Too busy. It seems that somewhere down the line the owners of Blockhouse Bay Veterinary Centre, started concentrating more on the money than the service.

Absolutely fantastic team of vets. Our dog loves going to see the team there (probably because they shower him in attention). We have always found the service very professional and the prices reasonable for the level of service. I could not recommend this place highly enough.

The vets at Blockhouse Bay truly care about their patients. I love that the know my dogs and their history. One of our doggos has skin issues and they were incredibly hands on throughout the process of gathering evidence and referring us to the right skin specialists.
The front of the house staff is also very lovely, the get to know their patients and their pack leads. Consistent and wonderful experience.

These guys are just awesome. They love their work and the animals that come through their door. Always have the animals welfare as paramount. And understand that our pets are part of the family. We've been with them since we came to Ack seven years ago. Best vets this side of the Bombay!!! 🐈🐕

My cats name is Mimi Tan, had spay operation with Dr Lance, unfortunately, incision was infected and inflammation has developed. Dr Jacqueline has taken care of my cat later on with all the possible ways to help Mimi, now Mimi is eating and happy again. Great thanks to the team in the clinic and special thank to Dr Jac, strong bond with customers and truly animal lovers.
