Highly recommended. Caring and professional. Actually the nicest vets l have encountered. Took my daughters cat after she got beaten up one night and they were super gentle and kind.

Vet Joan advised me over the phone that my cat needed to be put down - took him to another vet for a second opinion and was told that he was nowhere near that point full life, just an ear infection due to Joan not having removed his polyp properly. Had a simple operation with new vet and is better than ever. Poor communication, unfair treatment, wouldn't tell me accurate costs. First operation he had there ended up being nearly double the price quoted. I have found a great vet in Abbott's Way
If you want to be fairly treated and honestly informed of your pet's health do not go to CareVets Mt Wellington

Aptly named. All staff are truly caring and clearly love what they do, treating humans and their fur families with compassion and caring. The cattery may not be brand new, but the care the cats receive is 5 star. Our cats were always settled and happy on their return home. Recently had to farewell our dear cat after 19 years - they went out of their way to help in a difficult and emotional time, and showed the utmost respect and shared in our grief.

Staff are super helpful. They also do a follow up phone call to check. So theu really do care. It's awesome!!

Although I haven't used their services in a while, the service I did receive when our boy was alive was superb. They kept us in the loop throughout and would always ring with updates etc when we took our boy in. Sadly our big boy passed away and Care Vets were kind enough to send a card to us. Thought this was both kind and showed they genuinely cared. Highly recommended
