Calling around local vets to try find my missing cat. The other vets in the area were very kind and took all my details and said they'd call me if anything came in. Wasn't the case here, was just a simple "no, we haven't had any cats in" and sounded like they didn't really give a damn. Not surprised to see other bad reviews when I look on here.

Fantastic vet. Very kind and patient. Explained things in detail and talked about pros and cons of a treatment unlike other vets.

We have been taking our pets to Dr Singh for many years now. He is a fantastic vet with great compassion for both pets and owners. Would happily recommend his services.

The team are truly amazing with my animals. I have been taking my pets here for more than 15 years and the service and compassion shown is fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants quality care for their pets.

My suggestion from 3 years ago: Must improve your communication skills please. e.g., injecting pet without saying what it is/ why/ cost etc. Very unclear communication which is imperative if you are a vet.
My suggestion 2017: this is the last time I will go here. My precious dog was screaming, covered in faeces, and blood was dripping all over down her neck. You hosed her small body off in cold water during a cold day outside. When I asked for more information your manner was uncaring. That day was painful and scaring for both me and my dog. We do not wish to return after this sadly.
