Doesn't matter what your policy says, they will manipulate it to benifit themselves and leave you out of pocket. A premium policy means you get second hand goods value. Eg, expect to replace a 4 year old IPad in perfect workering order for $80 on a premium plan. Highly recommend insurance brokers and tell them what you want and expect and don't be fooled by policy names like "Premium" which means nothing apart from pay premium price for little returns when something happens.
Unfortunately loyalty means nothing these days as been with them for 15 years, pays to shop around and explain what you want in a policy and make sure it's in writing.

i got riped off when some brain dead woman on a mobile phone went through a red light and wrote my car off that was 18 months old . The value of my 18000 dollar car when i bought it ,was only worth 8500 according to AMI . I would never go back to them ever .I wont even give it a star rating
