I've been this place about 5 times now and the service is fantastic especially with my trip on fathers day around 4.30 the lady was so nice, I've used both private and public pools here and it is awesome. Great for the muscles and relaxing 😊

The staff were amazing and so Informative and helpful. After the pool and a massage just floated out. Will certainly returning for the experience again and again.

Normally I enjoy my time relaxing in the private spas. Today how ever was very noisy and unpleasant. There needs to be a retro fit to dampen sound noise.
After another visit today it's wise to pick your times as it was very pleasant and relaxing. I believe we may have been one of the only 2 there so no echoes and able to soak in peace.

The staff that worked here in the past made this place not really nice but it seems that they have been replaced with public friendly staff now!
I'm sure things will only get better at Taranaki Mineral Pools now.
The Water here is very good.
